Are you in Business Development and looking for a new challenge?


Motivated to join the management team of a growing, profitable and established family business and see the results of your work and be part of something very special in a huge industry with a great many of sales opportunities? Just want to cover Yorkshire rather than sit on endless motorways?


Well, how does this sound?


We provide the most amazing, bespoke solution for cleaning businesses in the office, factory, education and medical industries. Working alongside an excellent operations and administration team, you’ll be selling a commercial cleaning service which keeps clients, their staff and visitors safe and their buildings immaculate.


What’s on offer?



* A salary of £35,000.
* Excellent, uncapped commission, based on very achievable targets, that will see you earn above £53,000 in your first year (open ended).

& 20 days holiday with the opportunity to earn another 8 days a year by hitting quarterly targets (plus public holidays.)

* Car allowance and mileage paid.

The Role


It’s very much a consultative type of sale, rather than pushy, by solving problems, suggesting improvements and helping with clients environmental goals.


Your job is to open doors, make appointments (although you will have appointments made for you too), qualify well and then do what most sales professionals love, to help the customer achieve their aims by protecting their people and ensuring their building looks great. By fact finding and providing solutions we ensure excellent results for clients and are excellent value for money.


You need to be unafraid of hard work, making calls, using social media (like Linkedin) to make contacts, using an established CRM (Monday.com) and being an excellent presenter. It’s all about the detail, the little things, making everything easy to understand and therefore a natural progression to ask for the business.
