Job Title: Conveyancer (Junior – Senior Level Considered)

A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The firm is open to considering Junior Conveyancers through to Senior Conveyancers, depending on experience.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working closely with support staff and other fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
* Handling a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and Help to Buy
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers and legal documentation
* Conducting title checks and reviewing search results
* Preparing files for exchange of contracts and completion
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
* Ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client service
* Working collaboratively with conveyancing assistants and the wider property team
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within residential conveyancing (junior through to senior level considered)
* Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
