Responsibilities
* Supporting with mealtimes, personal care, and daily routines
* Encouraging involvement in activities such as music and art therapy
* Assisting with appointments, shopping, and household tasks
* Organising outings and helping the people we support feel included in their community
* Collaborating with colleagues and the people we support, building meaningful relationships that make a real difference
* Sleep-ins will be required as part of the role
Qualifications
* Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference
* A clear communicator who values individuality and listens with respect
* Flexible and a team player, ready to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
* Ideally experienced in care (but full training provided if not)
* A driving licence with access to a vehicle is required
