We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Product Manager to join the uPVC Window and Door Solutions team at the companys UK head office in Ross-on-Wye.
As a Product Manager, you will support the delivery of strategy, pricing, market research, stock management, and sales analysis for the organisations core range of uPVC window and door products.
The Product Manager will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the UK sales force, suppliers, and factory teams, to ensure smooth business operations and help the organisation achieve sustainable growth.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Product Manager include:
Supporting Strategy Delivery: Assist in implementing product and business strategies across the uPVC Window and Door Solutions range
Pricing & Market Analysis: Contribute to pricing updates, product cost reviews, and market intelligence
Stock & Supply Coordination: Work with supply chain teams and suppliers to manage stock levels and ensure product availability
Sales Reporting: Analyse sales performance and provide regular insights to management
Product Launches: Assist in coordinating new product introductions and product updates
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
Process Improvement: Support the continuous enhancement of internal product management processes
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, and system data
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of working in a busy office or commercial environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Good analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
Ideally educated to A-Level, HND, or equivalent qualification (or qualified by experience)
