House of Willow Alexander is one of the UK’s most distinctive home & garden service institutions — blending craft, design, and exceptional service under one brand. We operate premium garden maintenance, cleaning, window cleaning and design services across London, and we are now looking for a confident, fast-moving Inbound Sales & Booking Coordinator to join our operations hub.

The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers calling to book services. This is a sales-first role with a strong customer service heart. You’ll take inbound calls, explain our services, provide pricing, take prepayment, and secure bookings on the spot using our booking platform.
You will work closely with our Service Desk & Booking Operations Manager to ensure the diary is efficiently filled each day, and that every booking is accurate, clear, and ready for our field teams.
What You’ll Do
* Answer all inbound calls promptly and warmly
* Convert enquiries into prepaid bookings in real time
* Provide clear pricing and service information
* Enter accurate job details into our booking platform
* Send payment links or take payments over the phone
* Follow up with customers via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
* Respond quickly to Checkatrade enquiries for maximum conversion
* Support customers with availability, rescheduling or basic service questions
* Work with the Operations team to help optimise daily capacity
* Report daily booking numbers, conversions and revenue secured

What You Bring
* Experience in an inbound sales role, contact centre, or service booking function
* Strong phone communication skills — warm, clear and confident
* Natural ability to convert enquiries into sales
* Fast and accurate with data entry
* Ability to stay calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment
* Good judgement when communicating pricing, availability and expectations
* Comfortable using booking or CRM systems (full training provided)
* A proactive mindset — you like getting things done
