* Building and managing their own client base
* Maintaining strong client relationships
* Sourcing top-tier candidates across various sectors
* Consistently delivering on KPIs and exceeding sales targets
* Providing outstanding customer service

The Essentials
* Must have demonstrable experience in 360 recruitment
* Ability to commute to our Cheadle office daily
* Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
