Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding nursing care to children and young people
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Provide support, education, and reassurance to families and carers
* Monitor and assess patient progress, responding to changes promptly
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience
* Registered with the NMC
* Based in Scotland
* A valid driving license with access to your own car (Preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
