An exciting administration opportunity has arisen for a 6-month fixed-term/secondment period until the end of February 2026 to work within our Community Mental Health team in Exmouth, whose aim is to support the local community with their mental health needs.
We are seeking a part-time receptionist with excellent communication, customer service, and IT skills to join our team at St Johns Court, Exmouth.
The position is 22.5 hours per week.

* Scanning and uploading of patient records
* Ordering stationery, uniforms, etc.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Customer Service/Receptionist qualification to Level 3 or equivalent experience in practice
* GCSE English or equivalent
* Evidence of ongoing professional and personal development
Knowledge
* Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Knowledge of administrative procedures including diary management, appointment setting, and electronic record-keeping
* Ability to manage a diverse workload while handling interruptions
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of how our services support patient care
Experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise and adapt to change
