Reports to: Head of Growth / Account Director
Core Responsibility: Lead holistic growth strategies that connect media buying, creative, and CRO to scale e-commerce brands profitably.
KPI: Client revenue growth, CAC/LTV targets, retention, and cross-service upsells

Core Responsibilities
* Growth Strategy & Planning
o Develop 12-month roadmaps across creative, performance, and CRO.
o Set ambitious, data-driven KPIs for acquisition and retention.
o Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
* Client Leadership
o Act as strategic anchor for key accounts, linking actions to business outcomes.
o Align POD members (media buyers, creatives, AMs) to deliver results.
o Present insights and recommendations persuasively to senior stakeholders.
* Data & Optimisation
o Use Shopify, Triple Whale, and ad analytics to monitor performance.
o Translate raw data into actionable strategies and client recommendations.
o Ensure profitability targets (ROAS, CAC, LTV) are consistently achieved.
* Team & Mentorship
o Mentor junior strategists and support cross-functional collaboration.
o Contribute to building best-in-class processes across the agency.
o 6 Months: Delivering profitable strategies across accounts, aligning POD teams effectively.
o 12 Months: Trusted with flagship clients, mentoring junior team members, and refining growth frameworks.
o 24 Months: Progression to Head of Growth, shaping agency-wide growth strategy and leading large account portfolios.
* You
o Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
o Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders.
o Analytical but also creative in identifying growth levers.
o Organised, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
* Skills & Experience
o 3-5+ years in growth/performance marketing.
o Proven experience scaling e-commerce brands profitably.
o Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, retention levers, CAC/LTV.
o Experience leading client strategy and/or mentoring a team.
