Company Secretary – Dublin – Hybrid working An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-focused Company Secretarial professional to join a busy and high-performing team supporting structured finance and securitisation clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, an interest in governance and compliance and experience working in a legal or financial services environment. The Role: You will support the governance, statutory and transactional obligations of SPVs across a range of pan-European securitisation structures. This is a varied and hands-on position where you'll work closely with clients, directors, intermediaries and internal teams to ensure high-quality governance and compliance across all entities. Perks: Salary up to €75k depending on experience Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office CGI study support/Career development Supportive team culture and strong opportunities to learn and progress Key Responsibilities: Coordinating document execution and managing the safe delivery of documents within tight turnaround times Completing KYC processes and preparing supporting documentation Ensuring SPVs meet all statutory, legal and transactional obligations, maintaining high corporate governance standards Assisting with governance, compliance and administrative oversight of pan-European securitisation transactions Organising and attending client board and committee meetings, preparing board packs, drafting minutes and tracking action items Maintaining statutory registers, filing CRO forms, incorporating companies and drafting Constitutions Completing all Companies Act 2014 filings and registrations accurately and on time Publishing notices to stock exchanges and supporting shareholder communications Managing notarisation, apostilling and consularisation processes as required About You: Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in a legal or financial services environment (work placements included) Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills Confident IT user, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook Able to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines Strong judgement, with the ability to make sound decisions Highly organised, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team Energetic, enthusiastic and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team Genuine interest in company secretarial and compliance work If you are keen to work in a new company Secretarial team in Dublin, then this could be the role for you!
