As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be:
* Managing EQS compliance across multiple contracts
* Completing and signing off EICRs, certification, and compliance documentation
Overseeing day-to-day works across housing and new build support contracts
* Supervising and coordinating electrical operatives on site
* Ensuring works meet regulatory standards, safety requirements, and KPIs
* Liaising closely with Contract Managers, Site Managers, and Quantity Surveyors
* Providing technical guidance, quality assurance, and compliance support across occupied and void properties

Essential:
* Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations
* 2391 Testing & Inspecting
* 5+ years experience in an Electrical Qualified Supervisor or compliance-focused role
* Able to commute within approximately 3060 minutes of Leicester
* Strong knowledge of EICR production and certification processes
Desirable:
* Experience within social housing or local authority contracts
* Gold ECS Card
* Confident working in occupied properties and liaising with tenants
* Strong communication and organisational skills
