Overview

We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic Resident Liaison and Energy Advisor to join our Environmental Sustainability team at Fairhive. If you enjoy helping others, working in a supportive environment, and contributing to meaningful projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
* Providing excellent resident engagement, advice and support for retrofit projects
* Raising awareness and educating residents on their home’s sustainability-related measures
* Supporting residents through the improvements needed on their homes
Key Requirements
* Sustainability and energy efficiency industry experience, ideally in a domestic retrofit context
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills
* Driving licence
