The Role You will manage a team of 5 Area Sales Managers, covering the M62 corridor up to the Scottish border, focusing on geared motor products. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the regional sales team, providing hands-on management Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth across the territory Collaborating with other regional managers to maximise the companys potential Spending around 50% of your time in the field with your team, with hybrid working from home for the remainder Act as technical and commercial support to the team, using management skills to identify the needs of each member to best develop and grow to reach goals and targets Take full responsibility for the regions turnover and product mix targets About You Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will demonstrate natural leadership skills with experience managing sales teams Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders Industry experience in food & beverage, materials handling, or automotive is a strong advantage Solid understanding of the fundamentals of power, speed, and torque Comfortable leading by example and supporting your team across the region Package & Benefits £55,000 base salary Expense allowance High-end company car Phone and laptop 23 days holiday bank holidays (increasing to 33 with service) Excellent pension scheme Death in service benefit This is an ideal role for a motivated, hands-on sales leader looking to drive growth in a dynamic and global industrial business.
