The role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to work closely with the senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include developing management information, ensuring sales compliance, administering tenders, and managing the overall bids process. This role involves administrative duties and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate
* Ensure representation and subscription to all relevant tender portals and initiate necessary alerts.
* Monitor portals and review RFQs/ITTs to ensure no bids or opportunities are missed.
* Coordinate the tender process from identification to submission, working closely with relevant account managers.
* Liaise with internal departments to prepare and compile information and policies for tenders.
* Submit regular progress reports, including success rates, key deliverables, risks, and lessons learned.
* Create profiles for alerts on relevant data sites such as Glenigan and Barbour ABI.
* Coordinate leads generated through our website, data sites, and events, and track progress using our CRM system.
* Become a Salesforce (CRM) Super User to support effective and creative use across the sales team.
* Research industry journals and report on key trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
* Support the sales team in producing client and management presentations.
