Marketing Operations Lead Analyst (Marketo)
Rapid7 is looking for an experienced and passionate leader in Marketing Automation to join our Marketing Operations team, focusing on MarTech strategy, campaign automation, platform optimization, integrations and technical infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically skilled (Marketo certified), data-driven Marketing Operations evangelist with a passion for innovation—including delving into how AI can reduce friction in our marketing workflows.
This role requires a natural collaborator to partner effectively, cross functionally, will have the hands-on technical skills as well as understanding the technical impact of business decisions.
You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and intelligence of our marketing programs, owning the automation systems that power our lead lifecycle, nurture programs, attribution, and personalisation. We require a strategic leader responsible for our MarTech, providing the thought leadership required to transform how we use marketing insights and to foster a data driven culture across Marketing.

As a Lead Analyst in our Marketing Operations team your primary responsibilities include.

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, analytics, or a related field;
8. 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, forecasting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a Marketing Automation role.
9. Adobe Certified Expert (Marketo Certified Expert)
10. Proven track record of developing and executing GTM plans
11. Proven track record of developing a data driven culture across a Marketing organisation.
12. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
13. Strong technical skills: HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, API integrations, Workato and troubleshooting.
14. Familiarity with Python or low-code/no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, etc.)
15. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
16. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
17. Experience in SaaS Marketing Measurement.
18. Experience implementing (or testing) Agentic AI tools in a marketing context
19. Proficiency in Marketing, CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, GA, 6Sense etc.).
20. Familiarity with advanced analytics and predictive modelling techniques.
