Role Summary - Salary Range £40,000.00 per annum + Commission
To support business performance, we are recruiting an ambitious and results-driven nutraceutical International Sales Manager to drive our global expansion and be the architect of strategic partnerships that define the future of our nutraceutical brand.
You will unlock new markets, negotiate high-value contracts, and lead a team to exceed revenue targets; all while shaping a world-class sales operation.
Your Impact:
* Strategies & Conquer: Develop and execute market-entry strategies to secure our position in key international territories.
* Build & Influence: Forge and nurture pivotal relationships with distributors, clients, and stakeholders across the globe.
* Lead & Inspire: Motivate and develop our international sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Analyse & Win: Leverage deep market insights and competitive intelligence to identify and capture new growth opportunities.
* Negotiate & Close: Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline to contract, securing profitable, long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership:
* Lead and coordinate the activities of the international sales team, providing training and support to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
* Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines with the Chief Commercial Officer and Sales Manager
* Work with other departments to ensure they are meeting the company sales lead time objectives and reporting on performance.
* Assist in developing new written sales processes to streamline communication and team efficiencies.
* Ensure company pricing structure is maintained.
The ideal candidate will require international B2B sales experience with a hunter's mindset, thrive on autonomy and strategy, and possess a track record to endorse your skillset.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications
The role of International Sales Manager is multifaceted and requires both industry-specific qualifications and technical abilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Formal Education:
* A degree or appropriate qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field. Desirable
Experience & Skills:
* Proven success in International B2B Sales/Business development, ideally within nutraceuticals, functional foods, or health supplements.
* Expert in managing the full, complex sales cycle and negotiating contracts.
* Good understanding of international nutraceutical regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU, MENA, US).
* Exceptional strategic, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
* Data-driven with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Fluency in additional languages is a significant plus.
