As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals within their own homes, enabling them to live independently and with dignity. Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Supporting individuals with medication management and adhering to care plans.

Assisting with light household tasks and errands, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Documenting care provided and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate channels.
Requirements:
