As a Capability & Talent Development Manager, you will work across a defined area of capability development, working with internal and external stakeholders to identify skills gaps and source suitable solutions. The role requires you to take responsibility for elements of your own work, and you will also work across the team, providing support and cover as needed.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Building and sustaining effective communications across ITS capability areas, with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.
* Taking responsibility for apprenticeship and development programmes working with senior managers, capability leads, mentors and managers to review and plan student integration to ITS, ensuring the relevant learning and support mechanisms are available.
* Working closely with DVLA Commercial to monitor the effectiveness of learning both from a student and learning provider perspective (contractual obligations) via structured checkpoint meetings with stakeholders, capturing accurate records of discussions and outcomes.
