Quality Systems & Compliance Associate

* Swindon
* £13.20 per hour
* Monday to Friday | 08:30 - 16:40

Are you looking to build a career in pharmaceutical quality and compliance? We are recruiting for a Quality Systems & Compliance Associate to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Swindon.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global organisation, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in supporting quality assurance systems and ensuring compliance across site operations.


The Role

As part of the Quality Compliance & Systems team, you will support activities associated with the sterile manufacture of pharmaceutical products. You will gain valuable exposure to pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory requirements, audits, training systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with suppliers as part of vendor assurance processes
* Support internal and external audit activities
* Assist with document and record management across departments
* Monitor site metrics and follow up on actions to ensure deadlines are met
* Support site training curriculum activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
* Produce trend analysis and performance reports
* Support process improvement initiatives
* Assist in the creation and distribution of quality newsletters
* Use key quality management systems including Trackwise, SAP, EDMS and SFLMS


About You

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
* Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
* Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment
