Compensation: Your earnings will be determined by the Farmers agency owner, offering flexibility that may include:
* Base salary
* Base salary plus commission
* Commission-only arrangements
If commission is part of your compensation, the agency owner will provide a detailed list of applicable insurance products and their corresponding commission rates.
Your Responsibilities
As an appointed Insurance Producer, you will:
* Network and develop leads to grow your client base
* Establish contact with prospects and schedule appointments
* Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs
* Conduct policy reviews with existing customers
* Deliver engaging sales presentations
* Solicit referrals to expand your reach
