Job Title: Handyperson/Facilities Co-ordinator
Location: Warrington
Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 7am to 3pm
Job type: Temporary
We are seeking to recruit experienced Handyperson/Facilities Co-ordinator based in the Warrington area.
The Company: - Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
The Person req:-
All applicants must have experience of carrying out general handyperson duties including fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, managing contractors on site etc. You must be smart and well-presented and capable of communicating at all levels.
