As Brand Manager, you will be the guardian of one of the UK's most recognised premium food brands, responsible for shaping and executing the brand strategy to deliver long-term growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, where you'll drive marketing, innovation, and commercial projects across Grocery and Foodservice channels.
You'll work cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Finance and Sales teams, as well as external agencies, to bring exciting new ideas to market while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's vision and values. From innovation pipelines and Stage Gate launches to packaging development and consumer insight-driven campaigns, this is a role where you can see your work translate directly into growth.
