You don’t have to be an existing Fleet Engineer, but you’ll need to be able to evidence of how you’ve managed teams, irrespective of their size. Working together with our operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery will be second nature.Well, if that sounds interesting, we’re looking for an experienced engineer to join and lead our engineering team at our Witney & Banbury depots based in Oxfordshire as part of Stagecoach West. You’ll be leading a dedicated team of engineers who maintain and repair a modern and varied fleet of over 40 vehicles so our fantastic customers can travel safely and comfortably every day to healthcare and employment, to shopping and leisure, and to see friends and family.We’ve big plans and are looking for someone to help us deliver them. We are looking for someone who is friendly, flexible, reliable and takes pride in their work. It’s a really important role within our depot, so we’ll trust you to ensure vehicles are presented to the high standards that our customers want – and thus you’ll have autonomy over resource management, stock and people.
