As a Deputy Nurse Manager you will:
* Monitor standards of care delivered by all staff.
* Support the Home Manager with policy implementation and business objectives.
* Prepare staff rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels.
* Monitor residents' wellbeing and ensure care plans are up to date.
* Act as a focal point for residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of care.
* Role includes 2 days leading on the floor, and allocated supernumerary time

The ideal Deputy Care Home Manager (Clinical) will have:
* A valid NMC PIN and RGN / RMN qualification.
* Strong leadership skills with a highly motivated approach.
* Experience in dementia care and managing safeguarding investigations.
* Previous experience working in a care home environment as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager
* Excellent organisational, written, and verbal skills.
* A compassionate and resilient nature.
