Park Direct UK Ltd is expanding and we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Iver. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting client accounts, and ensuring service quality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer and client enquiries via phone and email with professionalism
* Build positive relationships while resolving queries efficiently
* Support account teams with permits, image checks, and documentation
* Identify opportunities to improve service and processes
* Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administration
* Strong communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
* Comfortable using internal systems and adapting to new tools quickly
* Ability to reliably commute to our Iver office (driving licence preferred)
