We're looking for an organised, people-focused Care Coordinator/Phlebotomist to join our friendly team full-time.
This is an exciting new role within Grand Union and combines blood sample collection with care coordination. You'll collect and process blood samples safely, review patient notes, and help people access the right health, social, or community support. You'll act as a central point of contact for patients, supporting them through appointments and follow-ups, and making sure they feel listened to and cared for every step of the way.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in primary care, community, or hospital settings
* Competent in phlebotomy (or willing to complete training)
* Ability to listen, empathise, and provide person-centred support
* Organised and confident managing multiple tasks
