Start your career in process engineering with a role that puts you at the heart of real-world problem solving and manufacturing innovation. As a Graduate Apprentice in our Process Support Engineering team, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to support manufacturing across multiple business units - helping to improve processes, maintain product quality, and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll be learning by doing - gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to key engineering activities from day one. Whether it’s supporting tooling design, contributing to risk assessments, or helping with production readiness reviews, every task will bring you one step closer to becoming a skilled, confident process engineer.

This is more than just a degree opportunity - it’s a chance to grow, contribute, and be part of something bigger. If you're curious, committed, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to thrive.

What You’ll Learn With Us

As a Graduate Apprentice in Process Engineering, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of engineering tasks. You’ll learn how to:

* Support the design of process layouts, jigs, and tooling in collaboration with engineers and design teams.
* Take part in risk assessments and support trial activities to ensure safe and efficient processes.
* Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and help manage engineering design changes.
* Shadow engineers during product and process reviews and gather data for FMEA and statistical analysis.
* Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
* Learn how to maintain design history files, data packs, and bills of materials.
* Support the development and upkeep of operational documentation.
* Participate in production readiness reviews and assist with handovers to manufacturing teams.
* Help assess changes to materials or suppliers alongside engineers and subject matter experts.
* Build your skills in technical report writing, data analysis, and presenting engineering conclusions to different audiences.
* Provide hands-on support to resolve production or product issues when they arise.
* Always work safely and in line with health, safety, and environmental (HSSE) legislation and company policy.
* Report unsafe conditions or behaviours, contributing to a proactive safety culture.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to get involved, stay curious, and grow with us. You’ll be a great fit if you:

* Take pride in your work and hold yourself to high standards.
* Are proactive and willing to take ownership of your tasks.
* Like to ask questions and understand how things work.
* Enjoy collaborating and building strong relationships across teams.
* Stay organised and are confident managing your own workload.
* Are motivated to make a difference and open to learning every day.

What We Offer

* Full mentoring and support throughout the apprenticeship
* A chance to work on real engineering projects from day one
* A welcoming, experienced team ready to guide your learning
* Opportunities to build your confidence, knowledge, and network
