Job Description
Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local housing association based in the Hampshire area of Horndean for a Mobile Cleaner, where the main area of work will cover the Borden, Liphook and Liss region.
This vacancy will initially be for 3 months leading to a permanent position with the organisation.
A Full UK Driving License is essential for this position as the Cleaner will be provided access to a Van.
This is a 40 hours full time position and the duties will include:
1. Cleaning of communal areas within blocks of flats.
2. Removing small dumped items and bin bags to the collection area.
3. Reporting large items for bulk removal.
4. Sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings along with litter picking, and carpet cleaning to residential communal areas.
5. Driving between Liss, Liphook and Bordon.
