We're working with an innovative fabless semiconductor company developing next:generation RF technology that's reshaping how connectivity is built into devices.
They're now looking for a Product Engineer to sit at the centre of engineering, product, and customer delivery, taking complex RF products from concept through to customer:ready solutions.
The Role
This isn't a narrow design role.
You'll own the product at a system level, working across RF, IC, test, software, and manufacturing to ensure products are performant, testable, manufacturable, and ready for real:world use.
You'll be the technical bridge across teams, ensuring everything aligns from early requirements through to customer validation.
What You'll Be Doing
:Translate customer and market requirements into clear product specs
:Own product performance, use cases, and system:level decisions
:Drive alignment across design, test, and validation activities
:Define and support product validation strategies, lab and OTA
:Work closely with NPI and manufacturing on yield, scalability, and DfM/DfT
:Support datasheets, application notes, and customer:facing materials
:
Act as a key technical interface for internal teams and external stakeholders
What They're Looking For
:Background in RF / wireless / analog or mixed:signal semiconductor products
:Experience across product lifecycle, validation, or NPI environments
:Strong understanding of RF measurements and performance trade:offs
:Ability to operate at a systems level, not just within a single discipline
:Comfortable working cross:functionally and taking ownership
Ideal Backgrounds
:Product Engineer (RF / Semiconductor)
:Systems Engineer (Wireless / RF)
:RF Applications or Field Applications Engineer
:NPI Engineer within semiconductors
Why It's Interesting
:Genuine influence over product direction and delivery
:Exposure across the full product lifecycle
