Role Summary
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our energetic telephony-based Scanning and Correspondence Team in Liverpool City Centre. We are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK, committed to delivering excellent service. This role involves being the first point of contact for our callers, discussing topics from pension scheme membership to retirement and beyond.
Full training will be provided to enable you to perform confidently and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is not sales-focused but includes key performance indicators. Working hours are on a rotational basis from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, supporting a healthy work/life balance.
You will join a highly engaged, dynamic organization passionate about customer service, working within a collaborative Enquiry Centre with ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service and communication
* Attention to detail in handling correspondence and scanning documents
* Opening and sorting incoming post and packages
* Scanning documents into the management system
* Completing post-out duties
* Performing ad hoc administrative tasks such as returning documents or allocating work
* Operating post room technology, including printers, scanners, and enveloping machines, requiring problem-solving and resilience
* Working independently and as part of a team
* Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
* Possessing GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C or above
* Building good working relationships
* Residing in the UK for at least 5 years
