Role: Business Development Manager - National
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, driven, and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our client's high-performing sales team. You will have the freedom to target potential customers nationwide.
Your daily activities will include booking and attending face-to-face meetings with potential new customers, selling a range of perimeter security solutions such as vehicle/security barriers, road blockers, garage doors, bollards, gates, turnstiles, and fencing.
You should be an experienced new business hunter capable of balancing prospecting, site surveys, quoting, and closing deals. Strong skills in identifying decision-makers, rapport building, listening, and technical understanding of security products are essential to credibly discuss solutions with clients.
Operating from home, you need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and efficient in journey planning. Your target clients will include end-users across various sectors, including facilities management and security providers. Most opportunities will come from proactive outreach, although some incoming inquiries will also be followed up.
Candidate Profile
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a field-based sales role.
* Prior experience selling perimeter security solutions or related products.
* Experience conducting site surveys and preparing quotations.
* Ambitious, motivated, highly organized, and driven.
Package
* £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary (DOE) + £12,000 OTE (uncapped potential).
