Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
* Greet regular guests by name and ensure a personalized service experience.
* Maintain a good working knowledge of food and wine; be able to make recommendations.
* Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
* Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
* Perform general cleaning of the bar and restaurant area.
* Serve food and beverages to guests.
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience is essential.
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Micros POS system is preferable.
* Experience in a hotel setting is preferable.
