JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is seeking a talented Product Assisatnt to join the Global Communications Team. In this position you will be reporting to the Manager, Community & Influence and you will work across all product focused initiatives. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure product for talent is shipped to regions in a timely manner per brand activation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Point person for all Influencer & Community product shipment requests across all regional markets.
* Manage global shipments: booking with external couriers, resolving logistics issues, and ensuring timely dispatch.
* Retrieve shipping info from PD and order management to complete proforma invoices aligned with global customs requirements.
* Quality check and package all send-outs to meet Goods-In regulations and ensure safe delivery.
* Keep global product trackers updated to inform Global and Regional Influencer & Community teams of all product movements.
* Receive, sort, and accurately track all global influencer & community product deliveries.
* Support the Coordinator, Community & Influence with product orders, campaign prep, and creation of team product documents.
* Maintain the Influence Product Room and assist with admin tasks including raising POs, coverage reports, and platform updates.
PERSONAL PROFILE
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach; able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and good Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote skills.
* Previous experience in sample management, shipping/product send-outs, and working cross-functionally in a matrix organisation is desirable.
