The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join a leading team in the City of London.
The role will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
* Handling client onboarding, attending meetings, and maintaining client relationships.
* Reviewing client documents, conducting legal research, and advising on construction law matters.
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, collateral warranties, and professional appointments.
* Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including adjudication, mediation, and arbitration.
* Engaging in marketing and business development activities to enhance the firms construction practice.
Requirements:
* A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years PQE.
* Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
* Strong communication skills.
* A proactive and commercial approach.
* Prior experience in adjudication, arbitration, or high court litigation is advantageous.
