Based in **Wrexham, London Paddington, Dublin, Paris or Signes,** this role will lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and the digitalisation of processes and tools across our production environment.**What you’ll do*** Lead digitalisation projects in production, such as implementing digital tools for visual management* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful project deployment* Monitor performance of implemented initiatives and measure their impact on operations* Contribute to continuous improvement projects linked to process digitalisation* Train and support teams in adopting new digital tools**What you’ll bring*** Engineering degree (generalist preferred), ideally with initial experience in digital project management within an industrial environment* Experience with **Office 365 low-code / no-code tools (Power Platform)** is desirable* Experience with **SAP in a manufacturing environment** would be an advantage* Strong curiosity, analytical mindset, and ability to quickly understand complex technical environments* Ability to work collaboratively and engage stakeholders across projects* **English mandatory**: French is an advantageIf you’re excited by the opportunity to drive digital transformation in manufacturing and make a visible impact across Ipsen’s global operations, we’d love to hear from you.#LI-HybridWe are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
