The Role:
* 360 recruitment on a dedicated niche technology desk – Software Engineering, Projects Services & Cyber desks open
* Business Development: Cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn Messages and Events. This is 70% of the role!
* Headhunting using our CRM, LinkedIn, job boards and other suitable sources
* Generating qualified leads that will result in new business
* Building strong relationships with candidates in your niche

* Commission structure up to 50% (Uncapped, Zero Threshold)
* 50% is triggered when you bill $180K in a quarter (Current Average fee is $29,000)

You must have:
* Recruitment Experience with proven Billings (in the tech industry)
* Strong business development skills and a strategy for building client relationships.
* Outgoing, driven, and positive attitude with a passion for success.
* Ability to get sponsored (Uni Degree or 5 years Recruitment experience)
* Can initially come over on a working holiday Visa
