Part‑time (22.5‑hour) Brow and Beauty Expert position based at M&S Hedge End. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals set with the counter manager.
* Collaborate with team members to meet counter and business sales objectives.
* Support in‑store, external, and charity events to promote products and engage customers.
* Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist counter manager administration.
* Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
* Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales‑driven.
* Passion for makeup and retail with a focus on meeting sales targets.
* Result‑oriented, enjoys challenges and exceeding expectations.
* Desire to provide a unique customer experience that fosters loyalty.
* Flexible availability, including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods.
* Minimum six months retail experience with a passion for sales success.
