The role
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with Business Unit/Functional Directors and line managers to deliver high-quality, proactive HR services across their business units and the organization.
Day-to-day, you will:
* Oversee one or more business areas, providing HR operational guidance on daily matters, and act as a role model for Babcock Purpose and Principles.
* Coach and challenge line managers/leaders while developing relationships.
* Create HR value with insights for line management through data and trends.
* Support the design and execution of HR policies, change programs, strategic HR initiatives, and projects.
* Ensure line management is aware of all HR initiatives.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements: two days in the office and the remaining days working from home, based in Warrington, Cheshire.
Essential experience of the HR Business Partner
* Experience in a HRBP role within a large organization, handling complex HR issues and projects.
* Strong industrial and employee relation skills.
* Robust knowledge of employment law.
* Experience working within a unionized environment.
* Natural communicator, adept at influencing and forging relationships across the business for effective collaboration.
Qualifications for the HR Business Partner
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
