The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our EMEA growth engine, identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for our sales team. You’ll be a key driver of new pipeline by crafting highly personalised outreach, sparking meaningful conversations, and uncovering business pain we can solve.
What you’ll do
* Prospect into target accounts using email, cold calls, video, and LinkedIn social selling.
* Own the early‑stage sales funnel: research, outreach, qualification, and handoff.
* Engage C‑level and senior stakeholders across Ecommerce, CX, Operations, Logistics, and IT.
* Identify pain points and spark curiosity by communicating clear, relevant value aligned to prospect challenges.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on messaging, campaign ideas, and feedback loops.
* Maintain accurate records and activity data in Salesforce and other tools.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, opportunities generated).
What we’re looking for
* 1–2 years in a B2B SaaS sales development or lead generation role (or equivalent sales experience).
* High energy, resilience, and drive; you don’t shy away from rejection and bounce back fast.
* You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, send a video, or drop a voice note – you go beyond templates and think creatively about how to cut through the noise.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your message across different personas and platforms.
* Curious and commercially minded – you love learning about new industries and uncovering real business pain.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote‑first, fast‑paced environment.
* Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools.
* Based in London (preferred).
* Expected to attend conferences and office offsites.

* Experience in Retail, Ecommerce, or MarTech.
* A technical mindset or strong interest in digital transformation.
