Role Description
As a full-time Hygiene Shift Manager, you will oversee hygiene operations at our Middle Littleton site. Key responsibilities include managing cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, scheduling and aligning tasks with quality requirements, and maintaining hygiene protocols. The role also involves regular staff coaching, performance monitoring, and addressing any operational challenges to consistently deliver a clean, safe, and hygienic facility for clients and end users. This is an onsite position.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing hygiene or cleaning operations, with a focus on quality control, compliance, and environmental health standards.
* Team management skills, including team leadership, performance evaluation, communication, and scheduling of staff shifts.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement compliance standards effectively.
* Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage operations and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
* Proficiency in using technological solutions for tracking and improving operational efficiency is advantageous.
* Flexibility to work shifts and adjust to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
* Relevant certifications in hygiene, facility management, or health and safety are an asset.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
