About the Role
Cobalt is currently assisting one of the Build to Rent industry's leading businesses in their search for a front of house hire for a luxurious Build To Rent development in Southampton.
This position requires a professional background in property, student accommodation, hospitality, or customer service.
You will be a key member of the site/front of house team, ensuring residents receive excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to company standards, and the team collaborates effectively. Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, you will deliver an exceptional resident experience through first-class customer service.
Responsibilities
* Engage face-to-face with residents, building rapport to ensure they feel welcome, safe, and at home.
* Conduct property viewings and tours.
* Perform pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas.
* Manage receipt and collection of parcels.
* Maintain building security and resident administration in line with GDPR.
* Organize and host resident events.
* Record and report all Health and Safety tasks.
* Perform administrative duties, primarily generating reports using the system.
Requirements
* Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, property, or customer service sectors.
* Knowledge of on-site H&S requirements and ability to implement them.
* Continuous improvement mindset regarding skills and knowledge.
* Flexible, team-oriented approach.
* Positive attitude with the ability to exceed resident expectations independently.
* Proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Windows.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with numeracy skills.
* Experience with events is desirable.
