Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

An innovative and expanding animal health company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a busy, fast-paced team, while delivering outstanding service to veterinary customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming customer queries, complaints, and business enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
* Accurately process customer orders using SAP and oversee the full order lifecycle from receipt to invoicing
* Provide knowledgeable responses regarding product and service-related queries
* Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve disputes, credits, and delivery issues
* Handle returns, raise incident reports, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
* Support internal meetings, reporting tasks, and various administrative projects as needed
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or order processing role
* Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with strong computer literacy
* Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
* Ability to communicate effectively across various levels and demographics
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a professional and positive attitude
