Job Description

About you
* Experience in a Learning & Development role, delivering HR & Organisation Development Services.
* Experience designing and delivering training, and commissioning training.
* Up-to-date understanding of apprenticeships.
* Experience working in customer-focused services with a track record of delivering and achieving plans.
* Experience with HR or Learning Management Systems.
* Ability to work independently.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of HR and OD, you will lead the implementation of the Council’s learning & development approach, aligning it with our Workforce Strategy.
You will support the delivery of high-quality learning services, build relationships with educational institutions to promote local government careers, and develop a Talent Academy for apprentices and learning sets.
