Job Description

Redzone has an exciting and strategic opportunity for a Partner Director to lead the development and expansion of our Redzone partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. This high-impact role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing strategic partners to drive incremental revenue and market penetration for QAD Redzone's market-leading connected workforce solution.

This role reports to the General Manager, EMEA and can be based out of the UK, Germany or the Netherlands.

Experience in building and managing a EMEA wide channel business, particularly with partners in the manufacturing technology, IIoT, or consulting space, is highly preferred. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our strategic partners, ensuring they are equipped for success and aligned with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

What you'll do:

1. Strategic Partner Development: Develop and execute the comprehensive partner strategy for QAD Redzone in EMEA. Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including technology partners, system integrators, and manufacturing consultants.

2. Partner Enablement & GTM: Create and manage joint business plans with key partners. Oversee partner onboarding, training, and certification to ensure they are proficient in selling and delivering QAD Redzone solutions. Alignment with the EMEA GTM plans and the Director of Sales within the Redzone organization in EMEA. Working in sync with the wider partner management organization within the Redzone business unit globally, and with the QAD Redzone partner organization at large.

3. Revenue Generation: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue to meet and exceed sales quotas. Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM (Salesforce).

4. Co-Marketing: Collaborate with partners and the QAD marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing plans, demand generation campaigns, and events to build market awareness and generate high-quality leads.

5. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive contact for key partners in the region. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to manage partner performance, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment.

6. Administration & Reporting: Maintain all partner activities, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce. Ensure all partner agreements and contracts are in place and managed effectively.

Qualifications

What you'll need:

7. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

8. 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, partner management, partner team management, or business development within the enterprise application or SaaS industry.

9. A proven track record of successfully building and managing a partner ecosystem in the EMEA region. Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures and markets within EMEA.

10. Experience with manufacturing technology, IIoT, MES, or connected workforce solutions is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the QAD Redzone solution is a major advantage.

11. Demonstrable experience in driving partner-sourced revenue and exceeding sales targets.

12. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and standard office applications.

13. Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages (German, French, etc.) are a significant plus.

14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first, global team environment.

15. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, conflict management, and relationship-building talent.

16. Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed (approximately 30-40%).

Who You Are:

17. A strategic thinker who can also execute at a tactical level.

18. Highly motivated, creative, and forward-thinking, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

19. A natural collaborator and relationship-builder who can build trust and influence at all levels.

20. Passionate about the manufacturing industry and the digital transformation QAD Redzone enables.

Additional Information

21. Your health and well being are important to us at QAD. We provide programs that help you strike a healthy work-life balance.
22. Opportunity to join a growing business, launching into its next phase of expansion and transformation.
23. Collaborative culture of smart and hard-working people who support one another to get the job done.
24. An atmosphere of growth and opportunity, where idea-sharing is always prioritized over level or hierarchy.
