What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
* Lead the team that designs and delivers experiment design and tracking methodologies, through thought leadership in this space and through the management of analysts.
* Create and implement a programme to upskill business stakeholders in experimentation.
* Own the delivery of a combination of proactive, and reactive, analysis to produce accurate and actionable insight in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Use expert knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques to deliver complex projects with a robust commercial approach.
* Implement a highly visual approach to displaying analysis with a strong emphasis on automation to enable self-serve, as well as storytelling.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
* Strong team management skills and experience of building a high performing team.
* Capability to use both simple and complex statistical models across programming software (SQL - required and either Python, R)
* Ability to apply commercial awareness to provide context to insight and recommendations through a good understanding of business drivers and dynamics.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate insights, and influence at all levels.
* Good organisation skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects across stakeholders.
