About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Relief Dispenser to work across our three Falkirk branches.
This role provides vital support to our pharmacy teams — ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and outstanding patient service.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense NHS and private prescriptions accurately and efficiently
* Deliver excellent customer care and product knowledge
* Support stock management, ordering and date-checking
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the dispensary
* Work flexibly across the Falkirk branches as part of the wider Callendar Pharmacy team
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pharmacy Services – essential
* Experience working in a community pharmacy – preferred
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to different working environments
* Full driving licence and access to transport – advantageous
