Stables Montessori owns and operates a group of Montessori preschools across Christchurch. This role will suit an experienced leader, or someone eager to deepen their understanding of the Montessori philosophy within a supportive and collaborative network.

Key responsibilities
* Lead and support a team to deliver high‑quality education and care
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
* Build strong relationships with children, whānau, and the community
* Guide curriculum planning in line with Montessori principles
* Support team development and oversee daily operations
About you
* Relevant ECE qualification and/or experience
* Leadership capability or readiness to step up
* Strong communication and relationship skills
* Passion for early childhood education and Montessori philosophy
