About the Role: You will work in our Inclusive Learning department to support students from a variety of study programmes, from sensory programmes to Level 3 qualifications. The role provides small group support to learners with a broad range of learning difficulties and disabilities to help them achieve their maximum potential. This role offers small hours with the potential to make a big impact.
This is a 7.5 hours per week position with a salary of £6,914, offering flexibility and a good work-life balance. You will join a team of Inclusive Learning Tutors and Learning Support Practitioners to co-create and deliver the Personal Social Achievement (PSA) programme. You’ll plan and deliver engaging, targeted activities that support learners in achieving their EHCP outcomes and prepare them for adulthood. You’ll design meaningful, hands-on sessions that promote progress across the four key areas of need.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, targeted activities to support learners in achieving EHCP outcomes and preparing for adulthood.
* Design meaningful, hands-on sessions that promote progress in the following areas of need: Cognition and Learning; Social, Emotional and Mental Health; Communication and Interaction; Physical and Sensory.
* Provide small group support to learners with a broad range of learning difficulties and disabilities to enable them to reach their potential.
* Collaborate with the Inclusive Learning team to deliver the PSA programme and support learners’ progress.
* Assess and track student progress and use insights to plan meaningful interventions that drive growth.
About You / Qualifications
* Passion for overcoming barriers to learning; highly organised, creative, and able to plan and teach engaging and innovative sessions.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and motivate hesitant learners.
* Experience teaching and supporting learners with learning difficulties, disabilities, SEMH needs, or EHCPs.
* Experience planning dynamic, engaging, and targeted activities that promote independence and develop key life skills.
