This is a 14 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) role to start latest July. This is a hybrid role, office based in AINTREE, LIVERPOOL 3 days per week.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will develop and execute the communications strategy for our Meiyume brands across cosmetics and personal care – with key focus on digital, media and retailer channels. You’ll play a key role in driving awareness and growth of all brands, ensuring communications plans are delivered in line with brand objectives and KPI’s.
Plan & manage brand digital communications strategy, ensuring all brand plans are delivered in line with key KPIs and brand objectives – with support from Head of Marketing.
- Manage and support a team of two reports across design, media, website and retailer support. Leading and inspiring your direct team, whilst helping them learn and develop in their roles.
- Management of our media agency partner to drive mass brand awareness. Must have an understanding of paid online media, working with digital executive and social team to ensure relevant content is delivered to deadline, regularly reviewing results
- Work closely with retailer contacts and sales team, owning our online presence across all retailer websites, supplying all marketing assets to deadline to drive impactful and creative NPD launches online and instore
- Align comms plans with NPD team, ensuring all product launches resonate with our audience, are delivered on time and integrated across media and online platforms.
- Own all brand retailer in store communications. Managing the creative production process to deliver stand-out creative assets across promotional and permanent POS.
- Manage the planning and execution of all brand product and model photography and videography – working closely with photography team
- Run and own internal workshops to drive innovation and creative ideation within the team.
- Plan and manage digital communications annual brand budgets - including PO generation and monthly budget management.
- Working closely with social marketing manager to ensure all communications are aligned across all channels.
