The Best Connection are recruiting a Part-Time Health & Safety Compliance Manager for a well-established client based in Tamworth. This is a flexible, long-term opportunity ideal for an experienced H&S professional looking for part-time hours while maintaining responsibility and influence across the business. Pay & Working Hours 20 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexible working pattern - open to discussion for the right candidate) £18.00 - £21.00 per hour, depending on experience Immediate start available Key Responsibilities Plan and ensure all risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work are in place and maintained Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems in line with current legislation Oversee day-to-day compliance across office and workshop environments Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, including: Health & Safety files Fire Safety DSEAR RIDDOR COSHH Risk registers Plan and arrange site maintenance and safety inspections Deliver health & safety training and guidance to staff and site contractors Oversee health surveillance for engineers and paint shop employees Skills & Experience Required NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (including Fire Safety) Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation Up-to-date knowledge and practical application of HSE best practice Ability to work independently and confidently manage compliance Benefits of Working with The Best Connection Weekly pay - every Friday Online payslips Pension contribution 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata for PAYE, inclusive of statutory holidays) The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
